If you’re reading this, chances are you’re a dreamer, a do-er, a trailblazing creative ready to bring something new to the world. In all your moving and shaking, chances are, gift giving is just another line on your to-do list. (excuse my crazy hair, of course it decided to rain when Kate Stutz and I shot these – but I was determined to share the sweetness of Sugarwish with you ASAP and didn’t want to reschedule!) You’re not alone… Not too long ago, two busy moms in Denver were thinking the same thing. In our techy society obsessed with convenience, we’ve lost the art of selecting a unique, personalized gift to give to our loved ones. Gifting is supposed to be about celebrating and acknowledging special moments and milestones in life, not mindlessly handing cash (and gift cards) back in forth. Thank goodness there’s now a sweet, clever solution with Sugarwish! After all, who doesn’t want money left over for an extra yoga class and essential oils? Eating healthy can be achieved on any budget by following some simple basics, and it doesn’t have to be specific, or even organic. Buying organic is fantastic, but not completely necessary, especially if you’re pinching pennies already. What is the most important aspect if you want to eat healthy? When I’m giving my friends advice on how to get started on eating healthfully and naturally, the biggest and best piece of advice is: Don’t eat anything out of a box. Ever. Recently, I took my business, The Cookie Cups to a large art festival as a food vendor. Setting this up was no overnight feat. It required months of preparation, paperwork, meetings, cost analysis and goal setting. The first thought I had was whether I would be able to get the job done, and done well. I will tell you this, it wasn’t easy but I did it. These are the things I found to be the necessary steps to take to prepare: 1. Purchase packaging in bulk (at wholesale pricing). 2. Find the most cost effective way to get the baking ingredients. I used Restaurant Depot. They have several locations nationwide. 3. Figure out a baking location. I was able to rent out a fellow baker’s bakery that I met at the local farmer’s market to make my product in large volume. Going from small to large volume is not

Except, these “burgers” are so huge that their is no way I could call it a chicken sandwich. It’s a big, chunky, juicy, cheese filled, chicken burger. The only way to eat it is to just attack it with your face. If you have tzatziki sauce all over your cheeks and running down your arms, then your doing it right. It’s so worth the mess, I promise. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Start with four chicken breasts, cut them in half and pound them about 1/4 inch thick. I’ve
