The Look: Express Romper (Similar from Forever 21 – $19.50), Aldo Shoes (ON SALE – $45.00), Bloom Jewelry Earrings ($113.00), Francesca’s Crossbody (similar from Kate Spade – $228.00) Who doesn’t love a romper? It’s all the fun, flirtiness of a skirt or dress without having to worry about your lady bits showing! In fact, I love them so much that I have an entire Pinterest board dedicated to rompers =). This one from Express is great because the v-neckline and removable sash create such a flattering silhouette. Plus, POCKETS!!! The floral print is out of stock, but there’s a pretty cobalt blue and also a rich teal option (at $29.95, I’m probably going to go grab this color immediately after I post this =X)! I paired the romper with Aldo’s FELTRONE block heel ($45.00 – 50% off right now!) for a more dressy look, but it will go just as perfectly with your favorite flat sandal (loving
In October, I was so very thankful to spend a must-needed week in gorgeous Puerto Rico with my family. While I had hoped to show you some more beachy OOTD looks, my fam wasn’t quite so thrilled about taking my blog photos, so here’s what I ended up with, which is fine! My mind needed a break from coordinating outfits, scheduling time to take photos, and editing images… especially editing images. Now, onto the fashion! Does this dress look familiar? I wore the same bamboo jersey and linen ruffled Liberty 61 dress in black ($340.00) for my first day at New York Fashion Week back in September! See, I told you this was an incredibly versatile piece! I adore Liberty 61 as a brand because the quality of the pieces are second to none. Each is designed with you – the responsible buyer, traveler, mother, daughter, helper, socially-conscious, whimsical creatives, purpose filled adventurer, and the environmentally considerate – in mind.

It was a rainy, gloomy morning, but nothing was stopping me from wearing this bamboo jersey and linen ruffled dress from Liberty 61! Since I first received it in the mail when packing for NYFW, I knew this was going to be my look for day 1. Liberty 61 was born out of a desire to establish a socially-conscious clothing line that would be able to financially-support organizations that are making the lives of the people in their communities better. Liberty 61 clothing is for the “less is more” fashionable minimalist who places experiences and relationships at the top of their priorities instead of “things”. Live life on the edge, explore the world around you, and look great doing it. The Black Liberty Dress ($340) has it all – class, comfort, and adventure. When wearing a statement dress like this, I’m always careful with accessorizing – I want to compliment its beauty rather than pile things on top of it.
